Bold local branding with a mobile-first experience.
Service previews, calls to action, and a strong local brand system.
The public website stays simple. The operational details live behind the right account, with Stripe handling payment status and JWS coordinating the service.
Clients can see the service agreement, plan details, next billing date, and the current status of their managed website.
Clients can review visits, top pages, and basic trends so their website feels measurable—not mysterious.
JWS can keep a site active during a payment exception or restrict access manually while retaining the client’s data.
Prospective clients create an account before requesting a quote. Existing clients use that same account to manage the ongoing service.
Set up a client profile and tell JWS what you want to build. The request is routed to the owner for review.
JWS returns an estimate, scope, and next steps to the account. The quote can become the basis for a Stripe subscription.
Once live, the client portal shows agreement, billing, site status, and analytics in one focused space.
Requesting a quote requires a JWS account so your project details, estimate, and future service agreement stay together.
The public site is only one half of the service. Open a separate preview of the client portal to see how agreement details, Stripe billing, site status, and analytics can live together.
Sign in to review your agreement, Stripe billing status, site availability, and the analytics JWS makes available for your business.

How Johnny's Web Services collects, uses, protects, and shares information when you use our website, client portal, or managed services.
This policy is written for the current JWS control-panel and managed-website model. It should be reviewed and customized with a qualified attorney before being used as a final legal document.
Johnny's Web Services (“JWS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides custom website design, development, hosting, domain and DNS coordination, maintenance, analytics access, and related support for small businesses. This Privacy Policy applies to jws-sites.com, the JWS client portal, quote and contact workflows, and websites or services that link to this policy.
Depending on how you use JWS, we may collect:
We use information to create and secure accounts, review quote requests, build and maintain websites, administer domains and hosting, provide client-portal access, issue and track invoices, process subscriptions through Stripe, provide analytics, answer tickets, prevent misuse, send service notices, and comply with legal obligations.
JWS uses Stripe for invoices, subscriptions, payment collection, and payment-status events. Stripe may process payment information under its own privacy policy and terms. JWS receives the information needed to identify a customer, associate invoices with the correct account, and display statuses such as paid, unpaid, failed, canceled, or otherwise unavailable.
We may share information with vendors that help us operate JWS, such as hosting and infrastructure providers, Stripe, domain/DNS providers, email providers, SMS providers when enabled, analytics providers, security services, and professional advisers. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or as part of a business transfer.
JWS may use cookies, local storage, session technologies, and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember preferences, support demo interactions, protect accounts, and understand service usage. Analytics shown in a client portal are intended to represent the connected managed website once production analytics are enabled; preview figures are labeled as examples.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and reporting suspected unauthorized access. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain account, project, billing, and support records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and preserve legitimate business records.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, billing, and recordkeeping requirements. You may update certain account information through the client portal or contact JWS through the website. Service and billing messages may still be sent when necessary to operate an account. Marketing messages, if any, will provide an available unsubscribe method.
SMS is optional and is not required to use the JWS client portal unless a specific service agreement says otherwise. Where SMS consent is collected, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We do not use SMS consent for third-party marketing.
JWS is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13. Managed client websites may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites or services we do not control.
We may update this policy as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Questions or privacy requests may be submitted through the contact or support workflow on jws-sites.com.
The terms that govern website projects, managed hosting, subscriptions, client accounts, quotes, invoices, and portal access provided by Johnny's Web Services.
This is a practical starting-point document for JWS and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before it is used as a final contract or attached to a paid service agreement.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Johnny's Web Services (“JWS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our public website, client portal, quote workflow, managed websites, hosting, domain coordination, maintenance, analytics access, support tickets, and related services. By creating an account, requesting a quote, approving a proposal, paying an invoice, or using a JWS-managed service, you agree to these Terms and any project-specific agreement or invoice that applies.
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify JWS of unauthorized use. Client accounts are for the named client and authorized users. JWS may maintain separate owner, client, and staff permissions. Client users may view and pay invoices from the portal; creation or editing of invoices is reserved for JWS owner access.
Quote requests are not automatically accepted projects. JWS may request additional information before preparing an estimate. A quote may describe scope, timeline, setup fees, recurring service fees, optional features, and assumptions. Work begins after the applicable proposal, agreement, or invoice is accepted and any required payment is received. Changes outside the approved scope may require a revised quote.
JWS may provide custom design and development, hosting, maintenance, content updates, domain and DNS coordination, security and availability support, analytics reporting, and client-portal access. The exact deliverables and response expectations are defined by the applicable quote or service agreement. Demo screens, sample metrics, and preview sites are illustrative and are not guarantees of production results.
One-time setup fees and recurring monthly service fees are billed using Stripe or another payment method identified in the applicable agreement. Invoices may show statuses such as draft, unpaid, paid, failed, void, canceled, or otherwise unavailable. Recurring subscriptions renew according to their stated billing interval until canceled or changed under the applicable agreement. Stripe may attempt automatic payment and may send payment-related notices.
You authorize JWS and its payment processor to charge approved amounts. Taxes, if applicable, may be added. Refunds, credits, cancellation timing, and transition assistance are governed by the applicable quote or agreement; if no special term is stated, JWS will handle the request reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
JWS may retain administrative control of hosting infrastructure, domains, DNS, billing connections, and emergency controls while providing the client access described in the agreement. The client retains ownership of its business name, trademarks, logos, text, photos, and other content it supplies, subject to any third-party rights. JWS retains ownership of its platform, reusable components, tools, templates, workflows, and internal systems unless a written agreement states otherwise.
JWS may temporarily restrict or suspend a managed site for nonpayment, security concerns, misuse, legal requirements, maintenance, or material breach. When a site is restricted, JWS may retain associated client data while the account or agreement is being resolved.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you provide, obtaining rights and permissions for that content, reviewing the website before publication, and responding to requests needed to complete the work. You may not use JWS services to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, impersonate another person or business, send unauthorized messages, or interfere with the service or another user’s access.
Analytics are provided for informational and planning purposes. Metrics may be delayed, estimated, filtered, or affected by browser privacy tools, outages, tracking settings, or third-party changes. JWS will use reasonable efforts to keep managed sites available and maintained, but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, search rankings, traffic levels, conversions, or business results.
JWS may send account, quote, billing, security, support, and service notices by email. If an SMS workflow is enabled and you provide the required consent, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Administrative SMS alerts may be limited to authorized JWS personnel and may contain relevant appointment, quote, or account information. Consent is not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
JWS grants the client the rights described in the applicable agreement to use the completed website and deliverables after required payments are current. Third-party assets remain subject to their licenses. You grant JWS permission to host, copy, adapt, and display client-provided materials as needed to provide the services. You may voluntarily provide feedback, which JWS may use to improve its services without identifying you publicly unless separately permitted.
Either party may end a service relationship as allowed by the applicable agreement. JWS may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, legal obligation, or material breach. Upon termination, outstanding amounts remain due, and any data export, domain transfer, or transition work will be handled according to the agreement and applicable technical limitations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JWS services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis, without guarantees beyond those expressly written in the applicable agreement. JWS is not responsible for third-party outages, registrar or payment-processor decisions, client-provided content, unauthorized account use, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
JWS may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an updated version is posted means the updated Terms apply to future use, subject to any separate agreement. Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the contact or support workflow on jws-sites.com.
